The only time the Chapel was good as a dance venue was when a top bloke called Tony(baldbloke on here) and an enthusiastic group of event organisers and Djs called XLR8.They held VISION there.which included Internationaly recognised Djs and Producers playing Hard Trance mainly.There was also a worthy charity "rave event" called SEAN SUNDAY which coverd the whole spectrum of dance music and Djs from all over the country.Have a look at the Chapels previous events.And just for the record,without there being no proper dance events going on now I wouldnt step foot anywhere near it personally.Shame it all ended so suddenly just as it was getting so good.

Basically they went one step forward then two steps backwards, then they fucked the dance rooom off and went back another step or two.

If you was playing decent music, got some flyers out with ya name on, explaining what this decent music would be, then maybe..

As its just the rnb n cheesy music, the same dj's playin the same set's everyweek, that is the main issue.

sorry to but in, but if your looking for a place that has good quality music week in week out, look for the warehouse. we have a room upstairs devoted to different music. Next weekend we have hardcore, the week after we have elctro house, the week after we have hard dance. Come and give us a try. we are even running an everything night this bank holiday sunday. Dont be put off by the first floor, just walk straight upstairs
