Hey all!

As you will all be aware on Friday 29th February The 5th Annual Hard Dance Awards event and ceremony will be an all night event happening at The Plug in Sheffield!

Voting has now closed for the 5th Annual Hard Dance Awards powered by Trackitdown.net and all eyes are going to be on the awards ceremony to see who are going to be this year’s kings or queens of the Hard Dance scene!

A celebration of all that’s good in the international hard dance scene, the Awards have grown from humble beginnings five years ago to become one of most highly regarded charters of who’s hot in the massive spectrum that covers harder music and parties. Clubbers from around the world nominate online in a range of categories from Best DJ and Best Remixer to Best Producer and Party Animal of the Year.

Last year achieved new heights with over 4,000 fans packing out the world famous Brixton Academy in London for the Hard Dance Awards 2007. 3,500 of you took home tidy’s Hard Dance Award 2007 Album. This year, it’s all change. With a little trip up the M1, there’s also a shiny new album to boot.

In keeping with last years double disc format Ed Real delivers a faultless ‘Best of 2007’ mix, highlights include; Eskimo ‘Recycled’, BK ‘It’s such a feeling’, Andy Whitby ‘U Ready?’, Lisa Lashes ‘Can’t Sleep (Technikal Remix)’ and 13 other massive anthems that kept the dance floors bouncing in 2007.

Disc Two features no fewer than 17 of the scenes leading names and rising stars put forward their future anthem for 2008. Artists include Lisa Lashes, Tidy Boys, BK, Alex Kidd, Paul Maddox, Vinylgroover, Cally Gage, Tidy DJ’s, Morgan and many more.
