what have you all missed out on!

After going to Off The Rails @ Void at the end of March, We decided after a great night we would definetly come to back for the April event. In true Northern Style, it was chilly waiting to get inside or maybe I'm just a wimp now to the elements, but once we moved gradually through the friendly security staff and the doors swung open from where we where being tempted by the tunes we could hear outside, in we went to the warm tunes and welcoming crowd that had already gathered.

The club, amazing, second only to my favorite London club, and to look up and see Amber D banging out some right stompers was a real treat, worth travelling to after Tidy on Friday in London. My only wish is that it would open earlier than it does by 3 hours, so I have more time to get round everyone to say hi!

Thank you to everyone that I spoke to or spent time with, it was great to meet you all, also to everyone that I managed to 'spot', and not least a big thank you to the DJ's for your wicked tunes, Security for being extra friendly and keeping us safe, Event owners/organisers for bringing us Off The Rails, Club owners for bringing us a stomping ground, and finally because they dont get enough recognition for their hard work, thanks to the bar staff who worked tirelessly to give us our bevy's.

We hope to be able to make the next one, but in the meantime...happy stomping!

Wow you can come again, sorry about the queue we will get it sorted out for next time, we have only been open a few months and are on a steep learning curve, we will upgrade the club after each event I am currently concreting the floor of the big arch next door cpacity 2,000 we hope to have this open for June/July we are trying to line up Tidy Boyz for the grand opening , we also have a smaller underground club next door called Club Shhhh we have some wicked nights in there and some chaotic afterparties so keep in touch and thanks for your comments Carl The Don

can i please make a little suggestion for improving the venue..(not got much to do with the night)....

the ladies toilets are a bit unpleasent....the toilet roll kept ending up on the (wet) floor cos there not proper toilet roll holders. you also dont have any sanitary disposal units/bins and when i went to the loo on saturday night there was a tampon aplicator on the floor of one of the cubicles; not a nice thing.

but can i just say so i dont look like a right whinging mare....i came to the first off the rails and since then the venue is a whole damn sight better :D

i agree :] toilets could be alot nicer, like ALOT nicer

but didnt exactely ruin the night for me!

Cheers for your comments gr8m8, appreciate it. Glad you enjoyed it. Look out for the next Off the Rails!!! Will try and say hi at the next one too. Was good to meet so many people off DSI there!

Thanks for all the over comments too guys. The club owners are working hard after every event to make this club even better and strive towards it becoming one of the top venues in the north. All your comments are listened to and I assure you this will be rectified in time for our next event.

Hope to see you all in june!!!!!

Yeah the toilets do need sorting out! They didnt flush on saturday night which wasnt pleasant! There is never any toilet roll either which is a nightmare! I know it will take time to finish but just highlighting that i think toilets need sorting out! :-) xx

i went to the boys and stood at the door and asked a kind young man to get me some, because have as much as we do and not much use for it!

Thanks for your comments positive and constructive we are lookig at how we can upgrade the Loos for next event and give them a repaint add some holder and Sanitary bins mirrors finish the floor add lights to the stairs and a few other things any suggestion would help other than knocking them down and starting again e-mail with suggestions and colour scheme we were thinking of a poster wallpaper with a varnish overcoat becuase the arches are a bit damp still but any suggestions would be welcome (Any interior designers out there) Glad you enjoyed the night we will be reviewing bar prices as well sorry about any cock ups with the pricing, we are on a steep learning curve. its just good to hear that you are making improvements, its getting better from our point of view as well. there aint many clubs that actually take into account what the clubbers say so this is really positive i think.

all i have to say about the toilets is dont use a light colour on the walls because it will just get covered in muck! and could you change the lights as well because its a really harsh difference between the club and the toilet. i think that would make it look better from the hard house room as well because their wouldnt be big glaring shiny doorsways at the top of the stairs!

look a bit like heaven gone horribly wrong...

I had a mint time on sat!!! the improvements that are being done are not going unnoticed!! its going from stength to strength!!! but def need them toilets sorting out!!

keep up the hard work at void Carl, you and your team are doing a grand job!!!

i dont know if this just me been simple....but the step down from the top step to the step below coming out of the ladies is mahooosive....it took all my concetration to get down it without falling and thats was when i was sober....lol
