F*ckin Off The Chain!
Well.... what can I say really other than the title ive given this review... Jazz, Louis and the rest of the Bambuu team have really it off big time! Pulling out all the stops to make sure this event was going to be big... When I walked in the club it was empty (Im talking tumble weed rolling past) But by about 9.45 the crowds began to build up as more and more people rolled in.... Despite the early technical errors Luka and Ziad managed to keep it together pulling off an awesome set packed with funky house weapons creating a funkadelic vibe... after them came three of the finest beat boxers you will hear; V, Lukey and Tight who really hooked the crowds with their amazing vocal talents.... following those guys was the always impressive Phil Horrocks who, despite admitting his pre-set nerves, played a blinder keeping the crowd on their toes with his blend of RnB flavas.... After Phil came more quality sets including a wicked house set and my favourite moment of the night hearing Sexual Healing getting dropped while the crowd were at a climax..... Special!..... All in all 10/10 for the boys and one of my most fun nights played.... Lets keep it going and let the good times roll...... Make sure you all get down to the next one.... Best of all its totally free and cheap drinks!

I cannot do anything but agree with you 100% Luka, I was meant to go home at 11.00 as I'm travelling to London in the morning - but when you and Ziad came on and ripped up the crowd, I felt myself being magnetised to the rest of the evening.

V hit initially with a set of beatboxing, followed by bournemouth beatbox legend Lukey and finally the crowd was tantalised by an interactive beatbox entertainment show by beatbox IDOL tyte - check out humanbeatbox.com who made a suprise appearance.

Please, please, please Southampton, attend and show your support for this absolutely FREE night out, drinks are only £1.50 and the entertainment is second to none.

Take part in Southampton's newest craze, rotate - keep it spinning.

Gat dain! just read all the amazing comments; all i can say is thank you everyone, so much, for all your support and help in making this event successful (if thats how you spell successful!)...this has been a great motivation to all members of the promotion team involved in Rotate and will guarentee, at least, an even better turn out each week! despite the flyers, posters, etc., word of mouth is the best and most effective way this night will get recognition so dont forget people, tell everyone you know that, if theyve had enough of old "Ikon/Diva" on a wednesday night, and want a new and different vibe to what talent are out there, then Bambuubar Rotate is where to be..

Also would i be exadurating myself if were to say that last nights Rotate reminded me of 8 Mles, the film? coz i was sooo feeling the vibe!!!

Again thank you all very much, and i hope to see you all there next week and every week!!!

Big Kisses to ALL!!!!!
/Peace.
