Marc’s DJ career spans over a decade and he has been DJing for Ministry since 1997, In 1999 Ministry of Sound were so impressed with Marc’s progress, they offered him one of the most prestigious residencies in the world, Fridays at Pacha in Ibiza. A position previously held by Erick Morillo and CJ Mackintosh: a sure testament to Marc’s talent.
It was as exclusive resident at Pacha that Marc firmly established himself as a globally recognised DJ. Week in week out, Marc played along side the biggest names in the world including Deep Dish, Masters at Work, Roger Sanchez and Derrick Carter to one of the most glamorous and knowledgeable crowds anywhere in the world. After dancing all night to one of Marc’s sets Danny Rampling was quoted as saying “It was one of the best sets I have heard in Ibiza for years” on his Radio 1 show.
Marc can also often be heard playing mammoth eight hour sets in Pacha’s Global room going from the darkest deepest tribal sets alongside the likes of Mr C, Halo and Hipp-e, Ralph Lawson and Seb Fontaine. Marc has enjoyed and incredible four year residency at the Club.
As well as Pacha, Marc has also held exclusive residencies at Ibiza’s other super club, Space on a Saturday morning for Ministry magazine, where he can be heard rocking the crowd on the famous terrace, with a mixture of funky and uplifting house.
Marc also enjoys a successful production career, with Hughes and Spiers having remixed Scissor Sisters and Audio Bully’s as well as a number of their own productions on Azuli and Ministry’s own label.
Marc will be rocking the Junk Sound-System on 1st April where he will be playing a headline set of funky dirty house music alongside White Trash resident Simon Aston.
