After the sensational debut at Pacha London for Pukka Up’s 4th Birthday at which junk resident Simon Aston tore up the main room alongside Joey Negro, Pukka Up return for a rematch at Junk and bring with them special guest DJ Rob Wilder and their favourite resident, Scott Giles.
Pukka Up’s newest resident Rob Wilder is better known as being one of Hed Kandi’s famous headliners. Rob has recently relinquished his successful residency at the famous house night pursue new changes including becoming resident for Pukka Up.
As an original Hed Kandi resident Rob was with the worldwide brand for an incredible 6 years with rocking Kandi parties all over the world…
Ibiza, Brazil, Russia, Finland, South Africa, Miami ,Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok Taipei ,Spain ,Greek Islands ,France are just a few of the countries Rob has played offer the last few years, as well as being on of its busiest residents during it’s UK club night tours.
He’s also a successful producer which have seen him contribute works which have featured on Hed Kandi’s, Summer mix, Twisted Disco, Summer Sampler and Classics albums, Creams Anthems 06 under his the production duo Wilder + Clarke. More recent tracks have appear on Kandi’s Summer mic Digi Album, Disco Kandi Mix and it’s Winter Mix CDs.
Rob first took to the decks back in 1990 quickly holding residencies at the famous Miss Moneypennys, The House of Windsor and finally at Godskitchen, Rob’s love for House music found him remixing and producing the likes of Mauro Picotto, Elton John, Azzido Da Bass and the legendary Rotterdam Source! Promoting and DJing for the past 12 years finally brought him to Hed Kandi’s doors to be invited to join the most exciting House Brand in 2000 During that time Rob has managed to carve himself a reputation for being able to rock the smallest clubs to the largest festivals!
B Live, Global Gathering 04 + 06, Fruitstock 05+06, V Festival 05+06 (voted best DJ @ V Nth 06), Orange Evolution 03, Versus Festival and HIFI Nth + Sth 06, MTV Belgium 04 and last but not least NOKIA Isle Of Wight 06.
In 2007 Rob’s will be enjoying his new residencies with Pukka Up and Gatecrasher where he is looking forward to playing their wicked MTV Parties.
