Newly formed independent leisure company CanDu has chosen Southampton for the launch of its first ever bar - a £700,000 investment. Called Ocean & Collins, the bar on Vincents Walk is targeted at young professionals. A "five star" exclusive bar, with a 1000 capacity, boasting designer tables and sofas as well as sophisticated lighting and sound systems. Ocean & Collins concept is based on high quality service and the best food and drinks, so expect great cocktails and sushi, very good wine, resident DJs and an excellent atmosphere. Launch night Wednesday 7th December, (by invitation only) First Weekend opening 9th and 10th December 2005. So take a trip into the unknown and see how we CanDu it!
