So you think you have got what it takes? Do you play house, DnB, House, Techno, Trance, Breaks, Hardcore, Hardstyle, Hard House, Minimal - you get the picture anything dance goes! The night is running from 8pm till 2am - with the open deck from 8 till midnight with guest dj's and the winner finishing the night. The sets are short and sweet and are 30 minutes long so there are 8 sets up for grabs. After everyone has played there set there will be a vote at midnight done on paper with the winner getting a set at Access Festival on the 21st June raising money for the Society of St.James. Remember the more mates you bring - the more votes you will hopefully get for yourself! Rules 1) Dj must be local to Southampton area 2) The DJ will not be signed to any management - its all about helping the little people! 3) Paper Votes counts for majority - but to cover our backs if we feel the DJ is not appropriate for the event then we reserve the right to veto the first choice. 4) Entrance to the night is a suggested donation of £2 - this is because at the end of the day the festival while is free - we do need to raise money to put this festival on.
