Lee Haslam

Not many producers can boast about having sold 40,000 copies of their first release in the UK alone, nor about it topping the UK dance charts or having it appear on 15 compilation albums worldwide, but one who can is 2004 Brit Award finalist nominee for Best International Breakthrough artist: Lee Haslam

The 51st State sampling ‘Music Is The Drug’ became one of the UK’s biggest hard trance anthems leading to plays on Radio 1 and Galaxy FM catapulting it’s producer to greater heights.

That was then and this is now. Today Lee Haslam’s sound has seen a considerable change. He has rapidly become one of the UK’s most prolific tech trance producers, releasing over twenty productions and remixes since his transition. His talents have been employed by some of the biggest labels in the scene from Perfecto to Discover, remixing some of the masterpieces from the likes of Dumonde, Lost Tribe, R.O.O.S., Sean Tyas, The Shy Brothers and Out Of Office to name just a few.
His original work has also received critical acclaim, with his biggest hit to date being “Punch Drunk”, a track which was released on his own label Digital Remedy and was played by Judge Jules On Radio One a staggering 10 times, with Jules proclaiming it to be his favourite track of 2008 on air! This was backed up with the track reaching the number one spot on the likes of Beatport, iTunes & Trackitdown.net.

Exposed to millions globally courtesy of a coveted Radio 1 Essential Mix in 2004, this led to an influx of enquiries from promoters in the UK and overseas wanting to book the British DJ with the vibrant, uplifting and energetic trance style.

His diary this year alone has seen him travel to Russia, South Africa, Canada, Singapore, China, New Zealand, Norway, Spain and The Lebanon to name just a few. Add to that his involvement in Slinky both as head of music and events and global resident, the multitude of UK clubs he frequents, his monthly Slinky radio show on the slinky.fm network, and the recently released Slinky Global Trance compilation album, its evident Lee is one of the UK’s most in demand trance DJs.

His pure dedication and total passion for the music he loves to make and play out has earned him plenty of respect and carved him a first-class reputation within the music industry.

In 2009 Chris was booked for Glade festival (winner of best dance festival 08 Uk festival awards). He has also had the privilege of recording guest mixes for Slinky Fm and the Audio-Dice Live Show on Xpress FM.

Matt D (BodyGroove)

Having been off the scene for a while Matt D is back once again playing U.S, Funky, Latin and Jacking house, occassionally creeping over to the darkside playing tough house and electro. Previously Matt D ran the succesful club night Bodygroove alongside fellow DJ Makka, regularily playing at Portsmouths Drift Bar.
