SS1 is a newly refurbished venue in the old site that used to be Dreams, next door to Smithy's and opposite the Sea Life Center along Eastern Esplanade. The venue has just recently been completely re-furbished and is hardly recogniseable to the old venue. With nice new carpets, plush furnishings, new decor, a car park and a 400 capacity this venue promises to be one of Southends best kept secrets.
