Ministry of Sound logo on Royal hotel website??

Does anyone have any idea why there is a massive Ministry of Sound logo on the Royal Hotel website?? Has Ministry bought the Royal?? Cheers x

they have also bought the royals shopping centre, there will be a bridge linking the two.
