Travel and Safety.
If you are coming by car, there is free car parking within the gated security patrolled site. Parking spaces are directly outside the apartments, so you'll be able to see your pride and joy from your room window.

The whole site is also closed to the outside world - Hardcore Heaven take over the whole area, so no passers-by or those who shouldn't be there have access to the site, so it's not like parking on the street - your car will be completely safe!

From the north, leave the M6 at J31, then take the A59, then the A565. Join the coastal road by passing Southport and follow signs to Ainsdale.

From the south, leave the M6 at J21a for the M62 then change to M57 at J6. Then join the A5036, take the first right until you reach the A565. Turn right and follow the A565, turn left at the lights and follow the coastal road until you reach the venue.

The nearest train station is Ainsdale which is a 10 minute walk from the venue. For train times and info call 08457 48 49 50.

Payment and Accommodation.
A £40 per person deposit secures your room (minimum of 4 people per room). The deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due to be paid by the 12th May. NO VIP GOLD apartments are left, but we have limited VIP Silver at £115 per person and Standards at £99 per person available at the moment. All payments must be made by one lead booker - we cannot accept 4 different payments from each occupant. Also, once the deposit is paid, the full balance is the next payment - we cannot accept several part-payments to make up the total.

Any name changes to your party must be made by 12th May. Any made after this date will incur a £10 admin cost until 5pm Thursday 15th May. Thereafter any changes will have to be made on-site with a £20 admin cost payable.

Any bookings made after 12th May, if tickets are available, will have 10% surcharge added to the total cost of the booking.

Upon arrival you will be issued with a damage waiver form. You will be required to leave a £40 per apartment cash deposit against any possible damages. If you leave the apartment as you find it with no damage, this deposit is returnable to you on departure of the site.

If you do cause any damage or your apartment requires extra cleaning as deemed necessary by venue staff, you may lose some or all of your deposit, and may be liable for extra costs.

If anything is amiss with or broken in your apartment when you arrive, you must make this known to the venue staff straight away, otherwise you will be charged as it will be assumed that you are responsible for the damage.

Drink, Drugs Ts & Cs.
We operate a zero tolerance policy against illegal drugs. Searches are a condition of entry and we reserve the right of admission. If we feel that any person is acting in a way that is detrimental to the enjoyment, health or safety of others, we will be obliged to immediately and permanently remove them from the site. No refund will be made.

This is an over 18s event and all guests will require proof of age upon entry. Acceptable ID is a Citizen Card, Portman Card, Passport or Photo Driving Licence. If you are refused entry because you cannot produce ID, no refund will be made.

You can bring in as much food as you like. Alcohol is limited to 36 cans of beer / alcopops, OR 3 litres of spirits OR 3 litres of wine, or a combination of the above. Smoking is permitted on site, but not indoors in accordance with recent changes in the law.

The Final Word.
All the above is common sense stuff, so the main thing to remember is the Weekender is ALL about having fun! Be safe, look after your mates... and enjoy the music - it's 48 hours solid so there's plenty of time to enjoy yourself..!
