Check-in time
If you have booked VIP Gold or VIP Silver you can check in from 12:30 in the afternoon on Friday 16th May.

If you have booked Standard accommodation, you can book in from 4pm on Friday 16th May.

Remember to bring your photo ID for proof of age - this is an over 18s event.

Arrival
You'll need to bring the booking confirmation letter that you are sent when your booking is complete. When you arrive, please leave your luggage and bags in your car (if you come by car), or just outside reception - security will show you where and keep an eye on your bag - while you check in. We need to keep reception clear of bags to help us get everyone checked in quickly.

All the people in your party will need to come to reception. You will need to pay the £40 cash returnable room damage deposit to Pontin's staff on arrival. At this point you will also pick up your keys.

You will then have to move along to your left to get your wristbands, so please all keep together in your party. At this stage you will also be given your free programme, and if you are a VIP, you will also get your t-shirts if you have submitted the sizes you require by the deadline of April 9th.

Once that is done, you can return to your car and get to your apartment and get the party started!

The Party!
Music starts at 8pm on the Friday, so you've got time to check and get settled! The complex will be open all afternoon so you can get a drink or something to eat, and of course check out the massive Hardcore Heaven Merchandise Stand!

So that's pretty much it for getting in and getting sorted... remember, if you haven't already booked, make sure you do very soon as we are running out of apartments!
