Im rubbish with directions but after a few people said where the new Escape Club is, i really had no troubles finding it as it's basically as they said just over the road really like from the old club like, so i found the new club with ease happy days :)

I saw the Escape logo on the front of the building and the huge Escape sign on it aswell and thought wowzer what i've heard of the place it is big. As i was going up the stairs i thought to myself hmm this seems familuar but then forgot about it until i was leaving just after 5am and was thinking again the same thing hmm these stairs feel and look famiular, and then talking to lee mushroom outside then what the club used to be called and then what it was called before that i said wernt it time and envy before?? No that was what oceana was and the boath have simular stairs so i was thinking id been there before once years ago but infact it was next door?? Madness like!!?? ;p

10 - 12. Will Rees.



Got to the club about 11pm ish and caught the secound half of Will Rees's set, i didn't actually catch much of it as soon as i got into the club and saw how big that main room was i was like wow this is a big place a ""fucking massive big place"" to quote mr mushroom there ;p I had a bit of a wander a chat and a drink and settled into the evening as it were for the 1st hour i was there like, but what i did hear of this set it was a top warm up, the tracks he played and the wicked scratching he did sounded well propa :)

12 - 1. BK Vs Technical.




I've seen BK Play before but i don't think i've ever seen technical play before!!?? So i think this may have been a 1st i've seen him play before like!!?? 1st time or not either way the set sounded good.

1 - 2. Anne Savage Vs Kidd Kaos.




I've seen Anne Savage play before but never Kidd Kaos before, nice bit of danceing / stomping he did aswell as he stood up on the decks @ the end of the set and went a bit mental like which looked cool ;p

2 - 3. Kutski.



"There you are sweetheart you can play these - Oh My God!!" T-U-N-E-! Yes yes he dropped it a track that's loved by loads :) Followed by The Organ Donors - Super Mario Bros, Kicked of the set with a nice intro, secound track in then he dropped the vandall 4 strings remix, dropped the kutski remix of the Blade Track, dropped loads more top tracks and did some top scracthing in a Top Set :)

3 - 4. Rob Davies Vs Tom Berry.




This Davies / Berry Deck Face Off Was Kicked off by Mr Davies with The Dark Monks - Insane - Mash Up, not long in then the T-U-N-E-! That is Freefall was dropped, towards the end of the set (last track or last but 1 track!!??) The Nuklear Device was dropped :) and they boath dropped loads more top track in a Top Set :)

4 - 5. Cally & Juice With MC Shocker.





"The Writings" Most Deffo "on the wall" lol ;p as the welsh back 2 back duo with mc shocker kicked off the last hour of the night in a propa rock / dance style with the cally & juice remix of the prodigy and later in the set they dropped there new remix of the prodigy's current track Warriors Dance, Dropped there new remix of Dizzey Rascal's - Bonkers which is well Bonkers!! (Good) dropped loads more top tunes with a few classics thrown in for good measure in a Top Set :)





The Original Escape Club Was Wicked But Escape's New Home Is On A New Level, It's Bigger, It's New, It's Cool :) So My 1st Visit To Escape's New Home Was Wicked Like Top Night Like :)

Ps. How did i miss the other rooms!!?? As i couldn't find them!!?? All i could find was the main room the toilet's the smoking deck evan though i don't smoke lol ;p Must be my direction skillls not being able to find the other rooms like ;p

Nearly everyone i know has been to the new venue now. Whats the next filthy line up?

So is breathe sticking with escape now then?? Or have a City finally learnt that everyone CAN party together??

This wasnt actually a 'proper' Breathe event, Just C&J were booked for it. Breathe will be toured through Swansea, Ponty, & Llanelli same as last year, Haverfordwest isnt happening any more because its dead, there may be a Camrathen event later in the year.. Theres a Breathe EITP unoficial after party with Tick Tock in Sin City (Swansea:)

Ponty what? Pontypridd? Or some Ponty near Swansea?

I can understand why exclusive deals are put in place. protecting the assets of your brand. But you could argue that it also restricts growth.
As long as the events are far apart. Surely having your dj's play somewhere else will showcase their talent to a different group of people who may not have been to your event. Then they may think about attending your event in the future.
Its all politics at the end of the day though.
Anyway totally off topic.

Just for the record, I didn't mean to start a politics debate as I also hate it, I was just commenting on how nice it is to see Cally & Juice (Breathe) working with Escape and possibly Chuck-e in the future.

Would be wiked, but thats more in 'Bionics area of the country' plus, they dont want any Hard Dance in there on wekends, due to them saying it brings drugs in to the club. Tho, I bet on a cheese night there, the steroid count must be well high ;o)

Massive thanks to everyone who made it down to re-launch Escape Gets Filthy at our wicked new venue!

The crowd was awesome, the DJs rocked and the atmosphere was fucking bouncin!!

The next one will be June 20th, lineup TBA tomorrow (hopefully!) also guys put this date in your diaries... July 18th its our 2nd Birthday!!

Fair play there was a hell of an atmosphere all night.
Looking forward to the birthday one had to miss last years as my car broke down. Will there be cake and fizzy pop?

No but I'm sure there will be coke and biscuits.

What about party hats? And can we play musical statues?
