we had this aswell nat with another event posting photo,s from one of our partys to advertise one of theyres on facebook making out that the photos were taken at one theyre events.. really peeved me off big time....

Bit cheeky really.

thats one of the risks we take when we publish photos online.that happened 2 me as well, but luckily i had the original raw file as a proof and the model, so they had to pay.i wud sue them.

Yeah its the only way! Photographers stick together & sue the fuckers!! Send the message loud and clear, just because it was easy for them to steal the images doesn't mean they should get away with it!!

In my defence the fliers and artwork are all done in house by the club, and I wasnt aware of any copyright issues breached or broken..

I promote EGf which is a very reputable event, and we would never try to rip any off, or con or steal. So the negative comments some people have made have upset me a little.

Obviously I would of rather that this could of been sorted with Natalie and the club rather than airing dirty laundry in public.

I apologise on behalf of the club that your images where used without consent. I hope you can sort things out with the designer.
