No, originally I think I said I'll ring them tomorrow. Then when I did I found out that they can't get anywhere near as many people on site and were full for the date in question.

What's happening about tickets?

My plan at the moment is to check that there are still a few places (more than 12) for the weekend in question then arrange with WoWo a booking reference for everyone to book with individually so that when people book we can all be put together.

I don't think there's time for me to put an event up on DSI and sell tickets (to book I need to provide names and addresses and a 50% deposit), plus camping this year has to be pre-booked only because of the reduced capacity at WoWo - no-one can just turn up on spec and expect to get in.

Yes, but only when it is actually confirmed and we have the date 100%, phone number to ring to book etc.

It's pointless doing it before then incase any of the details change.
