Stray 3 - What a Party......
Intro....Stray 3 - a party topper

Firstly give it up to the gals of the Off the leash productions team which are Sexy Snake and Snowphi - for they're time, effort & imagination they put into the continued success of Stray. Each event shows more promise than the last and has certainly made an impact from the off set.

Appearance:
I certainly strayed away from my version of normality as I was greeted by a very different club experience that makes Stray unique to other events on the Swindon circuit. Visually the club is dressed to impress - the decor done to a high standard and always themed well to the night - but still maintaining the labels identity, white fabric tunnels lit with black lights - fur, cushions & comfort - a feline’s ideal - most definitely, and the original retro designs give an edge completing the ambiance. But Stray is more than the decor so I’ll move on.

What’s on offer:
If you've ever craved entertainment - rather than having to wait for some to emerge in a random moment - Stray 3 provided this for me during the night. There were Jugglers & Fire Eaters on hand and if you fancied an adrenalin rush, a gyroscope - (for those who are like me and had no idea what that is - adapted weightless training device - which spins you at velocity in a 360 motion. If you were like me could settle for mild floating as ground control and decline the experience - but there were the Majors Toms amongst us last night as witness a big up goes to Miss Tee, Chuggs and Sexy Snake for going coastal on this ride. That’s not all - available were portrait photos, face painting - and super soaker shots, which meant there was a lot of fun to be had which I can say is not normally found on a swindon events listing - the ideas keep coming and I can't wait to see what surprises await at the next Stray.

The DJ's:
The club was rammed and everyone was enjoying the night - which is always good to see and appreciate as this provides the atmosphere that Stray is becoming renowned for. Stray had some talented DJs under the belt serving up some excellent sets - Danny Head's set was a sure hit - lounging on a sofa was not an option, I most enjoyed it - well done. Lee-Jays beats were fun and fruity - DJ Kwartz - full on nicely done - Mark Aimes - showing you that funk will never die and Move-Ya mixing it up with some excellent breaks....

Value for money:
As with every Stray event - all the drinks were dirt cheap only 50p a bottle/shot and needless to say there were some very pickled ravers - they left merry, moshed and nicely done at 04.00am this morning - me included. (Although really we wanted more and could have quite happily stayed all night - all good things must come to an end) - until the next that is.

Conclusion:
I have to say I am positive that Stray has a future as a universal label - its diversity in my opinion is its strength. The continued drive and innovation that Off the leash productions has will ensure its continued success. Finally I would like to give a big thank you to all the mentalist ravers who attended and provided me with some really good spotting pics - I will see everyone again for Stray 4.....

Hey there Swindon Stray Clubbers...

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to everyone who was involved with Stray 3, particularly all of the fantastic dj's who make our event the success it is-without these, we would just be another "regular" nite,

Also big thanks to everyone who attended, the clubbers- circus folk, peeps who helped us look after the gyroscope and polaroids(Debs/Lisa+Davina),poi boy, everybody that flyered for us and helped with decor(Kel/Viper/Kris/Pav/Little E/Chuggs/Miss tee/Sarah and more...), and the one and only Snowphi..

Applebee, thanks for the great review and pics-keep em comin!!!

Without you all-it would have been very hard to keep everything running smoothly, and to have made Stray. the success that it was!!

Another fabulous night to imprint to the memory-and we promise to keep them crazy ideas comin, and put them all into the next party !!!

Sexy Snake x

What a superb night - thanks Girls! Although the gyroscope did cause me a few issues - took over an hour for me to come back to planet earth after that!

Once again the girls have done it - a fantastic night all round fueled by many 50p drinks. The giroscope was a lot of fun - dont know what possessed me to go on 3 times but hey ! Looking forward to Stray IV now xx

I'm always totally in awe of the all the people at our events - it's only the third outing for Stray and the turnout was fantastic. But for me it's more about the taking part and seeing everyone having such a great time makes it well worth all the hard work. Thank you to everyone who came - We love you all xxx
