I first heard about Glastonbury from my boyfriends older brother who goes every year. And I , coming from a small city in New Zealand had never been to a concert or festival EVER! We do have them just not where I lived!
We were lucky enough to get a ticket through a friend after we registered.

We went up on the Thursdsay night (couldn't get Thursday off work!) and started the mayhem, got on it the first night and was in bed around 4am.....a taste of things to come!

Friday we saw the Cribs and Reverand and the makers and Amy Winehouse during the day and just cruised about in the mud most of the time. The food and shops were awesome and you could buy anything and everything there.....well impressed!
That night we watched The Fratellis and Kasabian at the Pyramid stage, then over to a great set by Danny Howells in Dance West.

Saturday we explored the whole site and saw a number of unsigned bands and DJs all over the site looked around Lost Vagueness, the Healing Fields, Craft fields and more.
Saw the Klaxons on the Other Stage then went to the glade to see the ledgend Nick Warren.
Mika was awesome down at the Dance village that night and met up with Pete from Big Brother who had just married his girlfriend! Then over to the Pyramid for The Kooks and The Killers, CLASS!

Sunday we packed our stuff and took it out to the car and spent most of the day drinking leftover beer, cider and whatever else was left awaiting the Headlining shows.
Watched Mika on the Other stage then over the the Pyramid for the Keiser Chiefs who were awesome and had the place packed out.
But the best show of Glasto 2007 was the Chemical Brothers. With a mix of old classics and stuff from their new album they rocked right to the end. The light show was amazing and the crowd loved it.
