A warm and friendly welcome from the door through to the bar and onto the dance floor.... very reasonably priced drinks. Great lighting in a smokey atmospheric busy dance floor with music that fills your head till you can think of nothing else.... MC's that make you move - tallented, varied and kickin.... Not my kind of chunes.... but still loved every minute....everyone in the place dancing or loved up .... friendly, happy, warm and welcoming faces everywhere.... I was a total stranger, I didn't know a single person there and went on my own.... I arrived late.... and still I was made to feel welcome and was in the party spirit within minutes..... despite being straight and sober and having done a 10hr shift on the doors.... the landlord and his staff... equally warm, smiling, friendly and helpfull......

I work the doors on 90 different venues in the area.... all types, all music, all crowds.... This event was great... those that were there will agree without exception.... those of you who didn't make it missed out on a great night.... take my advice.... next time these guys play in your area - check em out - you won't be sorry.

Having never been to The Wrekin View before.... I'll certainly be watching their up coming events list and attending dates I can manage....
