Rigga to base, Breaks have landed !!!
With Breaks most defintley on the up in the Southwest, and clubbers yearning for something with a little more to it, Saturday just gone March 31st saw launch to Bassfunk in Truro .

Bassfunk has been putting on tearout breakbeat & drum and bass parties around the Southwest now ,and felt now was the right time to give the people of Cornwall the most party vibe fuelled party youll ever experience, 100% tearout breakbeat .

And that they did !!!

Doors opened at 8 seeing HI FLY kick the night off with some less furious but still heavily gut wrenching basslines defintley creating the train that was set to explode.

By the time young sir OLLY G stepped up to the decks, the door had offcially become uncontrollable, and the dance floor was ready for the onslaught that he deleliverd again priming them even more for a night that didnt really seem to ever stop getting better .

BIG UP to BENNI C proving yet again that the right MC really does inject the party vibe even more into breakbeat, litterealy having the crowd not knowing what to do with themeselves in places, whetehr to watch the DJ or his charismatic performance .

By the time the Man of the moment took his place behind Bassfunk's imported club setup, the club was rammed to capacity, the whole place buzzing with sounds of new fresh & most importantly friendly vibes.

Opening with Ctrl Z anthem "Stereotypical" ,tune after tune Bossa, slammed the crowd with cheeky bootlegs up tempo breaks, and raw basslines like he had just raided hard core beats vault. You could tell the crowd really wanted hear him tear it out and that he did, dropping classics into upfront tunes and vice versa taking the night right up untill 12 when he dropped the cheeky blade bootleg followed by pioneering bassline track Fasten your seatbelts, the place needless to say may as well of been an open air event as the roof most ceirtainly came off ;)

Olly and Bossa closed the last half hour rocking it out till close with the crowd begging for more n more when it was finnally cut a tad late .

Overall, it was wicked to see so many new faces into the breaks, it was awesome that it was an immense vibe , no trouble everyone, there for something new , and because of that the night was amazing , big ups bassfunk crew , see you all on the 14th ;)
