Residents picked up the slack for a wicked night!
What can I say, first Rehab where I've gotten there during the warm up sets.

Despite being near-empty, there was already a positive vibe on the go which just got better as the night went on.

I caught some Sasquatch and OllyG (FREEZE THEM KNEE's) in the mix, putting down some good tunes for MC Express to vocalise over.

Leeroy put on a blinder, I can't name tunes, but the set was rolling!
Spin E.Z. did his usual act of stepping up to the mic and laying down some storming lyrics. NIce to see a wireless mic, having MC's walking around added a good vide to already buzzing night!

Devinyl loves to mash it up and that he did, some belters were placed on the decks and he played them hard.

I didn't feel J Majik's set was up to much, but I was pretty lubricated at this stage and the resident army had already blinded me with their efforts. Majiks set could have played more stompers, but he kept it fairly consistent.

Who didn't have a bad time though?
Rehab crew, make some noise!

Looking forward to Pendulum...

i must sort off agree there new stuff is far more commerical. There older stuff in some ways is better as it is more undrground. Hold ur colour album is cheesey but it has its place in the grand scheme of things. Gareth (Speed) is an amazing DJ ( El Hornet is nothing special he is the shit one!!) he makes an effort and creates a good party atmsophere and every one loves it.

yea psy i think they are doing a planet pendulum tour around the country playing something like 2 hour sets of just their own tunes. theyve got it sussed really havent they? Rob Swire stays in the studio and makes the tunes and sings the vocals etc, and El Hornet and Speed travel the world DJing under the name pendulum seperately. quite a good plan i do believe! thats like me joining Logistics and traveling round playing as Logistics while the real one bangs out tunes from the studio and we split the money. Anyone got his number? i thought it was 07teen7teen 77teen77teen but its not

That sounds pretty bollocks then.

So like if I were to pull my swollen thumb otu of my ring and learn to mix, bought a load of Roni Size tunes; I could pretend I was in Full Cycle?

Bollocks then. I bought a Kazoo this afternoon and will be outside of Marks and Spencers humming the tunes of Goongumpas - check me out on their label!

haha yea man lets bootleg some goongumpas tunes b4 they even release them! yea i know all three members of pendulum were involved in vault and another planet but likle if u read the credits on hold your colour, its all just Rob Swire with a couple of tunes involving one of the others

Children - we don't go to school to learn and have fun.

We go to school to develop predjudice, fear, perversion and to fight!
