I am not a fan of ben's or how he runs his nights but he's gone out of his way to do me a favour on more than one occasion. The first booking I got with Re:birth was because I sent a blinding cd into Ben and over nearly 2 years ago now. Ben and I came to know and trust each other. Ben also knows fulwell that I am a natural businessman. What happened at RBTS was totally out of our hands and I spent just short of £2000 sorting out the debts we had to pay with certain DJs (Knowing it was not my place to pay everyone.). I know I won't ever see it and I've learnt from my mistakes but as far as I'm concerned Ben can book me anytime he likes and if I don't get paid something will be sorted. I know I've not dealt with Andy personally but I also know if he speaks to the top end of the scene my name has now mud bearing it. I went into what should've been the best weekend of my life having had the worst weekend of my life and I still smile on how things were dealt with.
What I'm really trying to say is Ben is no businessman, he knows this. I like the guys he is working with and I know through one way and another shit will not only hit the fan but it'll get sorted in the same respect.
I didn't lose that money for nothing. Ben didn't have a good reputation before but a club owner fleecing you for just short of £20,000, someone needs to pay up.
Funilly enough, the chap no longer lives in this country... I wonder why...

pete, spoken from the heart, was actually quite touching. You'll never guess who popped up on msn the other day (only for 2 secs then gone) yeah ex-Trees owner, does he seriously not live in the country anymore? That £20,000 must have set him up nice.

Pete we will deffo be having you and Wayne down in the New Year, and The Barn club is well and truely phatt as fuck and are well and truely honest and not only that THEY LOVE IT, they were blown away with the launch.
