Well HARD ENERGY + HARDCORE RELOADED @ The Barn Club on the 4th April was absolutely blinding, a perfect way to make a return to the club.






Hardcore was deffinately the flavour of the day for most, room 2 was going off all night with everyone loving the uplifting sounds of the core.









Good to see sooo many making the effort with the fancy dress theme :) :) Everyone looked wicked and it was nice to see.

Up first in Room 2 was myself (Ben JAMMIN) warming things up with an explosive Scouse House / Bounce set, kicking things off with the new Darren Styles remix of September 'Cry for you' :) :)

Then it was the turn of Shire Horse Legend...DJ Radical and my god what a set, full of enery + bounce from the start. Joined by the S/Ws No1 Hardcore MC..Age O, these 2 got the dancefloor going crazy. With Radical scattching on the turntable and Age O's impressive mouth scratch they were bouncing off each other all the way.

Up next it was the time of the night everyone had been waiting for, all the way from Liverpool, one of the UKs Biggest Dance Acts around today, Ultrabeat's Chris Henry. Now we all know what tunes they have made and what they usually play but we couldnt wait to hear what he plays in a Hardcore Set, and believe me we were not dissapointed. An hour of slammer after slammer, laying down some of the phattest RaverBaby sounds. 'It Doesnt Matter' was awesum and off course the new Ultrabeat + Styles remix of Paradise + Dreams blew it apart. With Mcs M + Age O onthe mic working the crowd into a frenzy. And my god can Chris Henry scratch, dont think he stopped during his set.


(NURSE M + DOCTOR E-VADE)

Stepping up next was Agent M + E-vade with the daunting challenge of following such an awesum set. Leaving all the big room anthems that everyone else is caining out they laid down many of their own fantastic productions aswell as some more diverse tracks which was ood to hear.

At the same time Chris Henry (Ultrabeat) took to the decks in th main room for a commercial dance style set and this was just heaven, anthem after anthem and plenty of classics thrown in for good measure as well of course as Pretty Green Eyes, Feelin Fine + Sure Feels Good.



After that in the main room we were treated to Barracuda's very own Alpha Beatz making the journey down from Newquay to rock us with some quality commercial dance with some nice hard dance anthems all for good measure.

Finishing the night off in the Hardcore room was myself. We had 1 hour left and so I wasnt going to hold back. Cained some of the biggest vocal tracks including Your my Angel, Save Me, Beachball, Sweetheart, What a great Drug and a few more harder bits.


We would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who came, without you it couldnt possibly be. Also a HUGE thanks to the club and all the staff who seemed to be really enjoying the night which was good to see.Was very proffessionally run and makes a perfect home for a great clubbing experience.
