Dear Party Guests,

It is with my deepest regret that I have to cancel this party (or rather postpone it til next year) due to unforseen personal circumstances. I would like to go into this further but cant at this time. I hope you will all have a little patience.

Lee and I have decided to move the gathering to e:volves event the following week 15th December. Whilst the party will not be as such, we would like the chance for us all to gather there and we will think of something special to do at the event.

I would be greatful if you didn't discuss the cancellation in public yet and if you have any concerns because you have made travel arrangements or accomodation arrangements please feel free to ask me or my mods for advice.

If all goes well we will hold a bigger and better 4th birthday party next year, or even a belated 3rd birthday!

I hope that in time you will all understand my reasons for cancelling.
