oh what a night!...

Hee Hee I had so much fun!!! The day started out like most 'HT Fight Nights' do at around 10AM! Me and Ryki went and set up everything in the club like Décor, lasers and the stalls… We would have had everything done sooner but the cleaners took agessssssssss and really got moody when we would walk over the mopped floor, but once all the fabric and stuff was up the club once again took on the Hard Trancelation feel and personally I was buzzing!

We arrived again at the club at around 9pm-ish did the last setting up and then I took my visiting friends (all the way from Guildford) out for a quick one in 2012, just wanna say a BIG thanks to Ricky, Bradley and Kay for coming down. I ran into the club at around 9.45 and basically had time 2 sort the Dj’s money and have a quick tinkle before rushing into the DJ booth at 9.59 to start my set… which was banging! After me was Squelcher’s (London) Dj D4RK, who wapped out some intense tuneage while using the FX and CD-J’s to excellent effect!

It was during Dj D4RK’s set I first tried laughing gas… what a buzz, were going 2 have 2 do that again!

Oh yes! Up next was the HT nutters MNKY & Ryki! Ahhhhhh what an amazing set, the only downer is that as residence both them selves and I we only allowed a half hour slot each, MNKY & Ryki didn’t let this worry them as they still produced a set on the high par they always reach. Carl Nicholson stepped up next and didn’t fail to show everyone why he’s booked up and down the country week in and week out. Sadly I had to leave his set early to go and wait for the arrival of Amber D…

After introducing myself and walking her through the club something struck me… she’s tiny! Lol… Amber didn’t fail to deliver one of the most astounding sets of the night (and HT’s history), she didn’t have one mix out of place and played some wicked records. The whole room was just jumping and loved every second. After her set she stuck around for a bit and handed out some cool ‘vote for amber D in DJ Mag’s 100 DJ’s poll’ gear.

Wid & Ben were up next and kicked their set off with BK’s ‘Revolution’ track... do I need to say anymore? A truly amazing set I just didn’t think the night couldn’t get any better but the atmosphere was electric at this point! Sadly Jimmy Dean and JMF couldn’t make it due to promotion commitments but it was decided MNKY & Ryki would take centre stage for the last our and I would just crash out on the sofa behind the stall with one of me best mates Kym.

So all that’s left is to go back to bed, coz I got in at 5am and it’s now 11am and I’ve only had 3 hours sleep!... until the 7th of October when we take on Totally ‘Ardcore, Feel the HT love baby!

yeeeeeeeaaaaa! QUALITY night! really enjoyed doing the n2o factory! and the tunes were not half bad either ;-) !! definately be up for that again !! cheers everyone, see yaaaz next time!
