B.C.R Boyz vs. Robin H

The BCR BoyZ, are a duo of Andy M and Swannie, who DJ back to back and write/produce tunes which are released under the record label Bare Cheek Recordings also ran by the BCR BoyZ, their style has developed over the years from playing hard house, techno, to there main passion now which they are most renouned for, Schranz / Hard Techno which guarantees raising the roof off any club or venue they are booked for. The BCR BoyZ are both very different artists with very different approaches to music production and style of dj’ing. But when ideas by both, are combined it always results in something very unique. The boyz have played a very wide ride of venu’s across the south west of the UK and are now gaining a big following in Wales. With more releases on BCR due soon the boyz are setting high standards.

Robin was first inspired to start mixing through his love of dance music in 1999, playing hard house and trance at small parties local to Dorchester. It was in late 2001 when the hard house scene started to change that Robin started playing hard trance inspired by the true underground sounds being played at The Country Club. Robin got his first break when he was offered a set at the Country Club newcomer’s night on the 1st of June 2002. To play along side the residents and other dj’s including 4 play, M.A.T (mosca) and Jake & Hakker. He was later booked again in August to play along side Akira, these first few sets had got him noticed and lead to his first residency with CHUNKY. August 2006 sees Robin join the Bare Cheek & Bare Cheek Recordings Artists to begin a new stage in his DJ’ing career. Robin brings his own style of new breed techno to Bare Cheek. He will also be in the Bare Cheek Studio gaining production experience, ready for future releases, to add to his fast growing Profile.

Dean Zone

Now a firmly established part of the furniture in the London Hard Dance scene after over 2 years of regularly playing out, Dean has risen very far in a remakably short space of time.
Since his first ever set infront of a packed dancefloor at the legendary Turnmills, Dean Zone has gone on to conquer just about every club the capital has to offer, whilst earning the respect of both clubbers and promoters along the way.

Having only begun learning to mix in April 2003, Dean has gone from strength to strength in such a short space of time. Preferably playing European Hard Trance, he has adapted his sound to include not only Hardstyle, but also Trance and Tech-Trance, enabling him to play appropriatley for any set time he is given. Playing European Hard Trance and Hardstyle has enabled Dean to carve out a niche in the London scene and has gone on to rock the dancefloor for the likes of Frantic, Tasty, Innovate, Zoology and Addiction to name a few, as well as recent gigs coming from as far afield as Wales.

After being noticed by the promoters of Puzzle Project, Dean was asked to join the team in early 2006. This was then followed by Dean being given the sole responsability for relaunching SWAMP, which lead to him starting up his very own night, the award winning Magnetix.

More success's followed shortly after, as Dean was featured in the Raw Talent section of I-DJ magazine (Feb '07), and shortly after he was voted runner up in the HarderFaster.Net awards for best up and coming DJ 2006.
More recently Dean has had mixes aired by Trance maestro Adam White on his Ministry of Sound "Euphoria" Radio show, as well as being voted the best music reviewer of 2007, again by the users of HarderFaster.Net.

As well as promoting and DJ'ing, Dean has been busy working on his own productions, the first of which were released on Vinyl by Repent Recordings, with the double A-side Set Me Free/Choices hitting the top 10 in the Chemical Records Chart!

The Armstrong DJ's

What do you get when you cross a hard trance DJ, with a budding hardcore spinning scaffolder?

Answer: The Armstrong DJ's..

The latest b2b alias to be born in the Weybeefa ranks, the Armstrong DJ's, comprise of long-standing DJ/Promoter - Dj The Corbz (better known for spinning Hard Trance) and newbie DJ Samuel Sunrise.

Joining forces in Spring 2008, the duo got together to form a 2-man DJ team with the intentions of smashing HD@H at Harry's on a weekly basis with some downright dirty euphoric hardcore. You can check them out every Saturday at the Weymouth nightspot.

These two are more spaced out than Neil Armstrong ever was..
