A Winchester councilor claims he spotted an alien walking through the High Street and has spent £400 perfecting this artists impression.

Adrian Hicks says the 'pretty blonde' shuffled along the pavement in a penguin like walk wearing only a white ballet outfit and a broad smile.

"She was twirling her hands in a circular motion and was laughing and seemed to be enjoying herself" he told Metro this week, adding that she is linked to a covert US Military operation at a nearby base.

This 'alien' Mr Hicks - she wasn't spotted during the same weekend that The Glade festival was in Winchester was she? The ket-like waddle? The pilly-hand movements? The over sized sunnies? She looks and sounds like a lost clubber to us.

Mr Hicks added that his colleagues on the council are 'in denial' about he existent of aliens in Winchester and has held back from speaking about it through fear of losing his coucil seat. Would you vote for this man?
