Under new ownership since January 2006, this is a traditional pub spread out over several levels. With a Children's Play Area on the lower ground floor; games room on the ground floor; main bar on the first level and a restaurant at the rear overlooking the garden. The pub serves a wide selection of home-made food, including children's meals, with a bar menu available daily and a full menu in the evening in the restaurant. Accompanied by a good selection of real ales and a varied wine list. Bar Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday 11.00am - 11.00pm Friday & Saturday 11.00am - Midnight Sunday 12noon - 11.00pm Food Service. Monday to Friday 12noon - 2.30pm 5.00pm - 9.00pm Saturday, Sunday & 12noon - 6.00pm Bank Holidays Children's Play Area. (Opening 1st March 2006) Monday to Sunday 10.00am - 7.00pm
