WE'RE BACK!! And bigger than ever before!! After a well earned rest over Ramdan, We’re extremely excited to be back on the roster of shenanigans at The Apartment Lounge & Club, Jumeirah Beach Hotel! Its a huge honour to add to the Gorgeous family one of our favourite all time DJs, an understated Legend of our time: Mark Wilkinson! DJing in over 65 countries and starting his recording career almost 20 years ago, Mark Wilkinson’s biog reads like a history of house music bible! With chart topping successes, producing for and with the world’s greatest music makers, shaping half a dozen production monikers and a massive unforgettable and lovable personality to boot, Mark has earned a multitude of respect amongst the movers and shakers of the music industry. Mark’s first project was with Rocky from the infamous Xpress2, as “Problem Kids”, with releases on legendary Junior Boys Own to name a few, set the ball rolling for his ongoing success. He then started “Kidstuff” with Dubai fave and fellow legend Paul Jackson, who went on to be signed to the biggest labels alive, Defected and Azuli. Mark’s talent and lust for making music we wanna get down to, led on to the creation of Kidology Records and his pseudonym Dab Hands, which earned him top 10 hit remixes (Lou Reid’s Satellite of Love) and Essential Tune on Pete Tong’s Radio 1 show (DYOT on Gusto Records). Now producing under his own name, Mark has developed Kidology into infamous parties across the most prestigious clubs in London, Eric Morillo’s Birthday (for a 5 hour set!!) and soon to be beyond… Mark has played to the masses in Dubai before and has completely rocked every dance-floor he plays both in his home town and across the globe, no matter how tough the crowd… So what better a DJ to kick off our post Ramadan Season shenanigans at Gorgeous Dubai, than the legend that is Mark Wilkinson! **PLUS!!!** GREGORY HOUSE ON THE WARM UP!
