This party was exactly what I was expecting for something put together so quickly. The idea of this party is really awesome, and something I had been wanting to see for YEARS, but I knew it would just not fly, especially in Chandler.

While I was there I had a good time. I really loved that you could just go chill and watch a movie. Everyone inside the theaters were quiet and really respectful. I didn't like the stage being up on that staircase. The DJ's couldnt really rock out or get into it since they were having to stand on crates to mix. I think the stage would have been much more effective on the ground. Plus, where was the fucking bass??? Seriously. That sound system was a disgrace to any dj that had to play on it. The hardcore crowd didnt seem to mind though! You guys are awesome!!!!! You guys just come on in and dance no matter what! I was loving it!

Checked out Citrik for a bit in the one theater. That was pretty awesome, you could sit and be comfy in a real chair, or dance yer bootay off at the front of the theater. Heard some wikkid shit coming from Citrik! Who ever was spinning breaks in the front room at like 11ish was off the hook!!!! Omg.. so awesome.. I couldn't help but dance everytime I walked through there.

The party was broken up @ 1am because, supposedly, too many people were selling/on drugs.

Now come on guys, DRUGS at a RAVE... no fucking way!!!!! Never have I heard of such a thing!!!!!! There are going to be drugs at EVERY rave, no matter what we do. Nothing is EVER going to change that. Luckily, we just have some areas of town where the cops are more lenient with this aspect, Chandler is NOT one of them.

Perhaps next time, with better (and longer) planning, a rave at a movie theater COULD work.

i didnt go to this event seeing as i caught a bad case of death that wont go away. i wasnt too keen on going to the event as it was and by the looks of it, my time was better spent sleeping off the death.

hope those that went had fun while it lasted, it just seemed like it was thrown together too quickly for it to be successful. better luck next time.

I didnt know how well the movie theater was gonna work... seems cool, but still really odd. Once there were alot of people inside though it was workin just fine for me! To bad it was really only goin strong for a short while before it got shutdown.

I was sick too though... which sucked. I just decided I didnt care and I was gonna go anyways. I can feel that bad decision now though!

The one really big problem with this event was getting in early! Wow! We got there right at 8:30 and had to stand in line for an hour and a half! Perhaps thats usual or something but it seemed pretty ridiculous.

I did get to see Coley dance for a little bit. Hahaha, so that was worth going = )
Oh and this guy paid my way in so I really cant complain = )
All in all I liked it.

Aura was... empty. The place that it was at was neat (mystic jewel or something). I liked their dance floor and the blacklights and stuff. My friends and I danced there until about 3:30 then we took off, like I said, there werent many people there.

Oh, is it just me or are there usually way more guys at raves? Whats up with that.

And yes, all my friends who attended kandieland got sick... Im still sick and its driving me crazy!

I've noticed that at parties as well. And in the UK the ratio of guys to girls is even worse. I dunno, I prefer to hang out with guys so I like it. :) Less bitches = less drama. Hehehehe

what i wanna know is who were the people being taken out in handcuffs? :)

it was a lot of random kids. ones i didnt know anyways. it looked like the cops were just giong up and handcuffing people. pretty random i think.

this is why you do not rave in CHANDLER. lol
