THIS IS A FREE HOLISTIC HUMAN EMPOWERMENT EVENT!
Starts off with a joining of hands meditation and a building of gratitude for the good things that we have and using our natural Reiki energy for healing, centering, and clearing any energy that is no longer of service to you. Then a meet and greet until 2pm.
START! 2 PM! HOT YOGA!
At this time our yoga sun warriors, led by your host, test their will!
With the slow beat of a drum circle off to the side we will start!
Personal narration of the "Story of SUNARAT - The Sun Warrior" will go along with the yoga poses.
Two hours of slow flow and holds under the Phoenix sun!
Helpers will also be misting the yoga group to cool us down from time to time, this will be a challenge! Assistants will be moving around to help also if wanted. This place has a outside shower in the bathroom if needed for a quick rinsing after or...
4PM! WATER BALLOON DODGE BALL!
Teams of five on five! Form your teams now to get on the list of ten teams!
6PM! POT LUCK and FEAST!
Bring whatever you like! Or just come and enjoy some good company! There is a gas station about a block away for any last minute grabs if wanted! I will also have Hamburgers, hot dogs, and water there all day!
8PM! SPOKEN WORD and POETRY!
We will gather around and listen to some of the best local spoken word artists and poetry readings from your host and anybody else who would like to share!
10PM! UNIVERSAL MESSAGE!
During sunset, we will write intentions that we would like to see happen with ourselves, the world, the universe, or where ever we wish energy to go. Then we will burn these intentions with the lighting of the fires!
11PM! CONTACT AND INTERPRETIVE DANCE!
Participate or watch! Either way a wonderful thing to be a part of!
12PM! INTEGRATION AND BEYOND!
After seeing how beautiful a group photo is, we are doing this also, exactly at Midnight!
I will also have my massage table there for anybody who would like a massage or tarot reading at this time and we can also talk about any new insights you may have gained from the days experience.
