DJ Tatooine, birth name David Burger, was born Sept. 13th, 1982, in the great grid of southern California. With guidance from longtime friend and mentor, DJ/Producer William Skye, David made his debut in the late summer of 1999 in the Los Angeles club/rave scene under the alias of DJ Infinity. Six years into his musical career, on New Year’s Eve, 2005, he decided to make a drastic change in the pace of normal life. Taking nothing more than clothes and a few essential CDs, David migrated to Santa Fe, NM, the “Land of Enchantment,” and was dubbed DJ Tatooine.
Having become the change that David wanted to see in the world, he jumpstarted his career in the diverse club circuit and notorious outdoors of New Mexico. David has quickly risen as one of New Mexico’s most infamous DJs, mixing everything from hard hitting electro goodness and heartfelt deep funk to his own brand of “Dub n’ Bass,” combining womptastic Dub Step with warbelating Drum & Bass. He describes his style as “just plain twisted.” A warning to the wise: don’t take DJ Tatooine’s diverse genres as a sign of weakness, for he is proficient in everything!

Emily Baade, a.k.a. Emily Skyrocker, was proudly born in Tucson, Arizona, but is firmly rooted in the fields and dreams of Santa Fe, NM. Emily came up into a huge variety of music. From her Riot GRRL roots as front woman for a local Santa Fe chick band, to her “woman behind the curtain” role as long-time hip hop soldier, her unflinchingly bold taste in music has always turned heads, and she has skyrocketed to the rank of Santa Fe’s premier Psy Trance DJ.
Through the best of times and the worst of times, Emily is a major supporter of New Mexico EDM, and a key player in her local Psy Trance movement. Though deemed “DRA’s resident cutie,” Emily is no force to be trifled with; size matters not. Her psyrockin’ stories have been melting hearts and minds throughout New Mexico from the start. Emily’s sole desire is to make you bump and jump, in keeping with the true spirit of dance music. Her only comment: “Don’t look in the mirror.”

Dave Smooth {FIRST AZ APPERANCE!} (deepprogressions.com, Dream Realm Armada / santa fe New Mexico) - psytrance
Dave Meyer aka Dave Smooth has a long musical history beginning when, as a youth, he became involved in choir. After years of being a vocalist, his interest turned toward making music, and he began to study guitar and can currently play 5 instruments. A major turning point came in 1989, when he saw someone at a party with a turntable setup. Immediately entranced by this, Dave started on his quest to learning how to use these new tools. After a couple of years, he took time off to pursue other musical ventures, including singing with a few bands around New Mexico. In the late 90's, the bug bit him again and there has been no looking back since. After countless parties in and out of the state of NM, his roots are deeply embedded in the EDM community. As founder of deepprogressions.com, an EDM based site covering the state of NM and the Southwest, Dave continues to strive to push the EDM community into an ever positive light. Why Dave Smooth you ask? Because 'smooth talking silver tongued devil' doesn't fit on a TShirt!
& Mor (Sidewayz 8, TRU-VIBE COLLECTIVE {FIRST AZ APPERANCE!} / tulsa, oklahoma) - Funky $ Full On Psytrance
Getting his roots from the AZ rave scene, mor, aka Allen Cole is a DJ and promoter in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When he left AZ to get his life together back in early 2006, mor had no idea what he wanted to do, but after getting involved with a group called Groovement and buying turntables the whispers on the wind and the visions in dreams quickly lead him back to the music scene in which he lost himself, but with a purpose.
Now days mor has got it together, throwing shows in Tulsa, and playing at parties all over the midwest (including the infamous Rave in a Cave.) Having wrestled the dragon and found himself, mor is bringing his techno shamanic vision home to spin heads and move the bodies of friends old and new alike, before leaving to start a summer long west coast tour. Be sure to catch mor as he begins his journey to the the top and expands on his quest to keep your feet moving all night long!
DJ Koder [LIVE Laptop DJ Set!] (TRU-VIBE COLLECTIVE / tuc) - tech house
Koder is a Russian-American composer, real name - Greg Solovyev. Greg was born in Russia. At age 7 Greg started playing violin. At 13 Greg started participating in art-rock project Rastenie. Later, Greg participated in punk-rock and heavy metal bands as solo guitar player. In 2001, Greg moved to US and became a member of San Francisco PsyTrance community. In 2004 Greg started producing electronic music with project SETL. In 2006 he produced several PsyTrance tracks in collaboration with project Parus (Valentin and Mark Tarasov). In 2007 Greg produced several PsyChill tracks as part of Project Burn with Valentin Tarasov. Currently Greg is producing electronic music and performing under name Koder.
This will be Koder's first AZ appearance!!! Playing from Russia to California we are truly blessed to have such an amazing artist now residing in our town. Get ready for the ultimate in tech house, as Koder prepares to move your feet!
