my friend told me she wants to join the coast gaurd today. i was like NOOOOOOOOOO you can NOT serve the government. lol. and she was like "it's to smuggle drugs, yo" and then i was like YAY, but then NNOOOO at the same time

nothing wrong with being in the military

the coast guard gets to fight pirates. yes, real pirates.

now THAT'S a sweet day job. and if they get based somewhere awesome,
it's almost like not being in the military at all.
and they wear the same uniforms as navy, so they're cute.

and the pay/benefits are great!
if i could do it again i would probably join the coast guard instead...
go to college on your own time, live in a place like hawaii or better,
i mean, shit. what more could you ask for?

free medical, dental, etc.
you can get a car, 30 days paid leave every year... i mean
but if you were stationed in hawaii every day would be a vacation
so where else could you want to go?

if i could go again, it'd be air force all the way....

The only thing I wanted more than anything else was to go to school and get a Ph.D. in psychology.

Then I realized I can do that on my own, and have a great life while earning it!

ha im supposed to be doin my homework right now. im getting my degree in psychology =)

I've taken Psych 101 and 266 (abnormal psych) and that was all I could afford, because I took both of them while in my Junior year of High school.

I want to get my degree in massage therapy, and then use that as my main source of income to put myself through Psychology school.
Still have no idea what school I want to go to but I hear there's a great one in Cali,
and I'd love to do massage therapy on the beach.

I could live out of my van that I've always dreamed of getting, and just use the public showers. A TRUE bohemian at <3
