the whole "pro spotting" concept hasn't reached usa yet! give the guys a chance, personally i think its an awesome shot that depicts a bunch of crazy usa ravers having fun!

Its a new area for DSI to be in and the boys want to show the AZ lot that they appreciate them.
Fair doo's to that, but I also see it as someone that may have had a great photo has missed out on frontpage cos of this...

Also its nice for DSI users to see people from other countries on DSI.
There's tones of events abroad that are promoted over DSI, you dont need a top photo to state this, many top photos go up that are from events that arent in the UK.

I can't wait for the AZ lot to come online and see all the niceness added to their thread!

don't have to be pro, but atleast a little talent, capturing something in the photo. Rather than stating PLUR with no emphasis shown in a completly mundane photo.

Thank you so much! This really means so much to us. Here in Tucson AZ Raves are illegal and must be hidden from law enforcement and the people who go to them are made to feel ashamed by society. The fact that we made the main page shows that our sprit is carrying us far against the hardest of odds. This picture was taken by Dustin, our best local spotter, and trust me; he is working to keep his standards for spotting high. If you view the rest of the album, most all photos are in focus with good lighting and happy ravers. That may not be up to the higher standard of common UK spotters, but he puts his heart into his spotting and that makes it an amazing pic in my opinion.
