There are some places in DC, Baltimore and VA that are hot but not to many people there know about DSI. I will be there in December to try and put things on the map.

Hahaa this was ages ago when i made this post, yeh think you need to contact dsi-staff and get some spotter cards, then when you take photos of people, you give them a card which will have the donstayin.com weblink on it...
