Hot Tuna is one of the newest additions to the fine dining scene in South Florida and will be serving up some of the most unique Asian-fusion cuisine for its grand opening on December 10-11, 2008.

Located at 764 Washington Avenue - South Beach's main commercial artery - Hot Tuna will offer guests a combination of decadent food, live entertainment and an endless amount of energy.

Owner and chef Craig Carlino has created a "theatrical restaurant experience," embracing his favorite passions in life - "food, friends, fun and rock 'n' roll." As a result, the restaurant's focal point is an interactive, two-sided projection screen above the bar that features a series of video art installations depicting traditional Samurai battles, Geisha girls and other Japanese cultural scenes. Every 90 minutes, the screen will display a large gong being struck, and then will disappear into the ceiling, revealing a "runway" on the bar.
