ELECTROLUSH!!!

Om: Electrolush, 2xCD, Street: April 25:
the very best of minimal and electro nouveau.

If heart-stopping bass lines and crunchy electro beats are your thing...look no further. This double-disc set brings together some of the biggest sounds from the minimal scene, with the hottest new electro tracks and we've added the lushness by tying it all together with the trademark Om aesthetic. Tune in, freak out with Electrolush!

For Fans Of: Tiefschwarz, Mylo, Trentemoller, Sonar Kollektiv, 20:20 Vision

WHAT THE PRESS ARE SAYING ABOUT ELECTROLUSH:

"Highly infectious melodies combined with driving click beats and deep sub-bass complete this up-tempo dance floor collection." - DJ

"The electro dance music scene is among the most exciting in the world at the moment." - RESIDENT ADVISOR

"From well known electro smashes like MANDY vs. Booka Shade's "Body Language" to sleekly minimal joints like "Rej" from Ame, plus the added bonus of remixes from red-hot cats like Claude Von Stroke and Mylo, Electrolush neatly captures the next dancefloor zeitgeist." - LEMONADE

"Electrolush captures a new moment in dance music rather than capitalizing on it. These 26 authentic slices of dark electro house prove with slithering basslines and handclap punctuated beats how contemporary house can use retro motifs without sounding dated and fuse them with today's hyper technological sounds. Electrolush is the essence of a sleek and provocative side of house." - XLR8R

We have a bunch of new releases ; Kaskade's "Hear and Now" (5/9), Andy Caldwell's "Universal Truth" (5/25) and House Of OM feat. Colette and DJ Heather plus "OM Summer Sessions (3 disc set) both out in June.

Like the Om label - especially happy that they are beginning to show more and more variety in the sounds that they put out.

I enjoyed some of Kaskade's early production sounds, but he's relying on the same "formula" a bit much I think - time for a bit of a change up.

they are based in San Fran at present....maybe a division or splinter cell is arriving............Colette, Sneak and Kaskade are running tings for those guys.
Watchout for Colette new mix cd due out on OM this summer. It features the Blackliquid remix of Feelin Hypnotized.
Which, by the way has been picked up for a major feature film due out this year....."The Devil Wears Prada..............House music will be everywhere.........right?
