Yes, it's a definite upgrade to the previous location (Bento Go-Go Sake Lounge). It was time for Restart to move to a different venue, but sometimes we are afraid of change and are some of the regulars of Restart. I was anxious of the move and was totally overwhelmed when I arrived on April 10, 2007. As most of you know I've spun in many places and I love smaller venues. It has an closer personal touch that allows the party goers to see the DJ and even interact to the groove that is spinning. Restart always has had a positive vibe with the tremendous DJ's and their great regulars. Since the move it been unseasonably cold, and it's a bit of a distance from the Bento Location so the it looks like the turnout has not been as good. But it you really think about it LOTUS Ultra Lounge is a swanky bar that has three levels and is much larger than Bento's. The main floor where most of the people dance is where the DJ's create the moods. The breakers have found the dance floor even more trick worthy as the crowds watch in amazement. An attached outdoor patio is located just next to the main dance floor where you can sip your spirits, gobble a delicious meal from Lotus' late nite kitchen. The Bi-level lounge located just above the DJ booth and dance floor has several flat screen TV's and comfy sofa's and chairs to cuddle up with that special one or just to chill. The endless bar is fully stock and many night have drink specials by the best mixologist. And did I mention that the kitchen is open late? Best of all the sound system rocks and can be heard anywhere you are in the club. With the RESTART regulars, I love this place and it is my new favorite spot to spin in.
