It's Bubblicious Located in the heart of Old City, Philadelphia's only premier champagne bar and restaurant escorts you through a plush experience not found anywhere else in the city. Swanky Bubbles features an extensive selection of champagne and sparkling wines, some by the glass. Complementing our champagne is a fabulous Pan-Asian menu with worldly influences. The menu entitled Bubblicious, encourages the concept of socialized dining. Every item on the menu was designed with sharing in mind. Along with our standard menu you can try your hand at our Sushi, Maki, and Caviar menu.
