Wow - what an amazing Glastonbury replacement. Everyone was SOOO friendly, we made friends from Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, Italy and loads of Brits. Very safe camping and well policed - considering.

Highlights:
The Beach - as good as Bora Bora in Ibiza!
The thousands of free glow sticks thrown into the crowd during the Jeff Mills set on the last night at the Dance Arena
Cheap beer
Cute Balkan girls
Awesome Dance Arena

Downsides:
Serbian guys swimming trunks on the beach
Serbian guys haircuts - they need to get past the 80s!
The food - with the exception of the Chinese by the beach
It's a pain to get to - flight to Budapest PLUS a
Rock/pop line-up was weak

yes. we went in search of anuthing other than shitty "pizza"......

it took us 2.5 of walking in the rain (you remember that afternoon) to find anything that wasn't a skanky pizzeria or one of those small kiosks that sell nothing but sweaty clingfilm roll with sweaty cheese.

Serbian cuisine...................not very good.

haha, i ate hardly anything there. no apetite ;) but had some nice food in food area of festival. hopefully something other than pizerias will b there next time tho, was a bit limiting before the fetsival begun.

Too true, I would say the only thing that the place missed was some kind of market, the locals threw up all those stalls in the evenings, but when your on a mission to get trashed, your not really in the mood to do much shopping (not for that stuff anyway)!! Maybe next time they'll let them set up some more day time stalls to get everyone spending some currency!! I ended up just buying shed loads of smokes with all the monoploy money I had left over!!
